ABOUT S(H)FIT
This began as an individual fitness journey that transformed into the overall health and wellness journey of an entire community. The focus of S(H) Fit is empowerment, to provide a space where women can come together, and engage with and contribute to a collective that fosters balance in mind + in body.
Creating balance in the mind + body can be difficult when your mind is on one page and your body is on another. Here, you will find some tools that will help you clear our mind, move your body, and find your strength in the process!
